Not For School Twitch, personal post.

Christmas Break, it’s been a fantastic one. Relaxing, snowboarding, and yes, I skied. I have realized that skiing is a ton of fun, and I might be purchasing a pair of my own. Over this break I did a bunch of shooting, but I have not posted the shots yet.

Landscapes: they can go exceptionaly well, or they can go morbidly wrong. Either way, it’s good to do it. I was in Sandpoint, ID staying with some family I have up there and my brother Scott and I decide to go shooting around town. We really wanted some photos of the long bridge up there, but could not get a decent angle. We drove all the way around to the other side of the bridge and ended up at this beach. It turned out to be an epic shoot, and I got lucky, I was shooting into the sun. That can be great, it can be bad, but in this case, it was wonderful. I got some pretty good shots and I’m pleased on how they turned out.

Now on the New Year’s Eve. I spent New Year’s Eve down town Spokane, WA for a rail jam. Not planning on shooting, I had one of my best friends shoot some photos for me. After a while, I decide to shoot for the rest of the night. Not a bad idea because some of the shots turned out a lot better than I had expected.

  2. actually they are sunset shots. haha. I will joe.

  3. Is comparison to a cell phone camera a good thing? ha jk.

  4. Shot of Pete is soo sick… it looks like some super techy multiple strobe lighting set up with gels because of the red in the landing and the blue coming off that light by the macys sign…. soo sick

  5. The lighting was like that from 4 different light bars above the set up, made for epic lighting.

I really liked the second shot of Noah, I really liked the angle it was shot at, and you can see the snow falling. Good picture.
