This last weekend, a bunch of friends and I headed over to Portland, OR for our good friend Jesse Mays birthday. A group of about 15 of us went over there just to skate and have a good time and let me tell you, we did both of those to the full extent. Portland seriously has some of the best/most fun skateparks in the North West and we went to quite a few of them. The soul purpose of the trip for me was to document it. And I had a blast doing it. Shooting skateboarding and life style is my favorite for sure, but it was really rad to shoot 14 other skateboarders that I am really comfortable with. The skateparks over there are just a lot more artistic and photo worthy than the good ol’ Coeur d’Alene skatepark. Speaking of the CDA skatepark, you should fill this survey out and help get a new skatepark in!

I am pretty stoked on how these came out and really excited for spring when more trips are coming up.
My inspiration was the movie Beautiful Losers, a documentary about some street artists that created different forms of art for fun and ended up getting noticed. That is what I do with my photography, I just do it for fun and the simple pleasures I get from reviewing shots I got from the day or trips like this. I really suggest that you watch Beautiful Losers, it is just a good, inspiring film to get you stoked up on what you create.

VEry nice work. Fix your links.
Nice use of framing throughout these photos.
Calibrate your monitor and make sure to do adjustments based on the histogram not how it looks on screen to make sure areas are not blown out.
Its very honor that you give us this informative, thank you so much.
